Reducing Miles Traveled
Transforming our supply chain includes creating lasting sustainably operations. The locations of the two new fully-automated frozen facilities will reduce truck miles traveled by 3 million miles annually. Additionally, an industry-leading transportation management system ensures a lean, efficient operation with as much product in as few truckloads as possible.
Enhancing Reclaim and Recycling
These key aspects of our supply chain operations are an important part of our sustainability. In 2021, we’re excited to open a state-of-the-art reclaim and recycling center as part of a new warehouse in Manchester, Conn.
